Registered sources

One search. Twelve registries, queried at once.

Scroll. Each layer lights up in the order a real search runs them.

There are more than 12 layers in the registry: state licensing boards, a national provider register and a bulk location extract also sit in it. Your industry and your source settings decide which ones a search runs.

    Coverage

    National, not a pilot region

Federal layers cover every state, even where state licence data is withheld or never published.

Some states restrict their licence files. Federal permits, small-business loans, food-programme stores, non-profits and institutional rosters fill the gap, so a search in a closed state still returns a real list.

    Errata

The government’s own file disagrees with itself

Federal permit data contains typos. This is a real example.

A permit filed with a Juneau, Alaska street address carries a ZIP code from Bellingham, Washington, about 900 miles away. Two fields, one record, no agreement.

Account Finder assigns the state from the premises ZIP, every time, and shows you the record it used. We would rather publish the rule and the conflict than let you find out on the call.

Reconciliation is a stated policy, not a silent guess

    Three-tier literacy

In five states, the state is the wholesaler

In the US, alcohol moves from producer to distributor to retailer: the three-tier system. In five control states the state itself is the distributor. Account Finder flags them, because there the play is a state listing plus brokers, not a cold distributor pitch.

The ranking also knows a distributor from a broker from a retail account, so the tiers never mix into one list.

Every result shows the sources that confirmed it
