A dozen data layers in, one ranked call list out.
One engine, two search modes, and a pipeline that turns “we should sell here” into a defensible, ranked, exportable account list.

How it works
Distributor search runs on licence registries
Federal alcohol permit records — TTB basic permittees, importers, wholesalers — combined with state ABC licence data, covering wine, spirits and beer wholesalers nationally.
Pick a state, and Account Finder surfaces the distributors and brokers actually licensed to operate there, ranked for fit against your brand. This is the piece built specifically for the regulatory side of go-to-market — the question of who’s actually licensed to sell where, answered directly instead of inferred.

Core engine
The ranking isn’t a black box. Move it yourself.
Brand-fit parameters are yours to set: price tier, a rating floor, and the keywords you favour or exclude. Drag anything below — the list re-ranks instantly, because the ranking function is deterministic and runs in your browser, not on a server round-trip.
Brand fit parameters
The parameters every score is tuned by.
Accounts that match are ranked higher — nothing is removed from your results.

Fit scoring
Every score comes with the sentence behind it
Every account — venue or distributor — is scored one to five against your brand profile: category, price tier, style, and positioning. Each result comes with a one-sentence rationale explaining why it scored the way it did, so you can push back on it, sanity-check it, or hand it straight to a territory manager without translation.
Rationales are built from real public signals — venue type, price tier, ratings, and what customers actually write — so every line is grounded in evidence about the venue rather than invented to sound persuasive.
“Extensive by-the-glass natural wine list and a chef-driven small-plates menu at a price point that matches your release pricing closely.”
“Multi-roaster café with rotating single-origin pour-overs and no single-roaster branding visible online — worth a wholesale pitch.”
Same engine, different industry — the rationale speaks your trade’s language
